Finding your design
Tell us which designs you’re considering and what you have in mind for your wedding. You can also explore every design before getting started.
Help with your invitation
Email us from the address you use to sign in. Include your invitation link, if you have one, and a short description of what you need help with. A screenshot can help too.
Please leave out guest lists, access codes, and sign-in links. For a question about the wedding itself, contact the couple directly.
Payments & privacy
For a payment question, include your receipt reference if available. Please don’t send card details. You’ll find our cancellation and refund information in the Terms of Service.
For a privacy request, tell us what you’d like to access, correct, or delete. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
